Balloon counts, space and setup times are estimates. Balloon size, inflation, wall shape and experience change the result, so buy a few extra balloons and start early.

Safety

Uninflated balloons and burst pieces are a choking hazard for small children. Keep balloons away from flames, candles and hot lights, do not inhale helium, and take care when using ladders or fixing anything to ceilings. Check that tapes and glue dots will not damage paint before you use them.
